Shipping policy

NEW  As of January 1st, 2025, all orders placed via the Shop app will be assessed sales and use taxes based on the shipping destination. Some locations require state, county, and city taxes. Please order directly through our website www.theidahofurshack.com to avoid these additional charges. Idaho residents will be charged sales tax.

Buyer pays shipping costs on all items. 

Shipping costs for an item will be calculated at checkout.

Due to the varying sizes, shapes, and weights of the many products we offer, shipping costs may be initially over calculated. In addition, if you purchase multiple items in the same order, you may be charged shipping for each individual item. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but do not worry! We will recognize this and are happy to combine shipping where at all possible. We will issue you a refund if this is to occur.

In some instances you may be under charged for shipping costs. If this is the case, you will be notified through email and given the opportunity to accept or reject the adjusted shipping rates. Your order will be on hold until you approve the adjustments. We will not charge you any additional amount without your prior consent.

In order to return an item for a refund, it must first be pre-approved by emailing theidahofurshack@gmail.com. Upon return approval, buyer pays return shipping costs.

We ship to the United States only. No international orders will be processed!
