XL size Idaho Rocky Mountain cow (female) elk skull. 17.5" in length. Harvested within the Palouse Prairie near Moscow, Idaho, home of the Vandals! Professionally BEETLE cleaned, degreased, and whitened. Has a slight yellow hue giving it a more natural, prehistoric type look. This skull is from a mature cow elk. Has complete nasal turbinate structures, complete pterygoids, and the original pair of #1 colored ivories! Very nice dark ivories for a cow. Teeth have retained most of their natural color through the whitening process. A very beautiful skull!
