North Idaho harvested tom mountain lion. Case skinned. 78" total length, 51" nose to base of tail. In tanned, non-stretched state, this cat measures 16" around center of abdomen and 28" belly circumference just ahead of hind hips. Extra heavy March quality fur. Dark brown in color with black tipped guardhairs. Has feet, genitalia (anus is enlarged, all surrounding fur is present, just not center of anus), NO claws, ears turned, lips split, etc. Claws were removed methodically (not just hacked out) leaving the smallest holes possible. Both eyeholes are enlarged but could be repaired by a very skilled taxidermist that wouldn't mind putting time and are into making them look right. Great hide for children's exhibits (fingers wont get cut by claws), craft projects, dancing skin, etc. Would be suitable for rugging, life size mounting, or soft mounting. 1" hole in front left legskin from fish and game tag. Nice whiskers.
