Large sized Idaho black bear skull. 10" - 10.5". Nice professional BEETLE cleaning. Has complete nasal turbinate structures. One upper and one lower premolar has been removed by the fish and game department for aging purposes. Has complete pterygoid processes. Has a very, very, very small chip on the backside of the upper right canine - hardly noticeable at all. This skull is from a very old bear, so the teeth show lots of wear. The canines are rounded off and the molars are worn smooth. The premolars that weren't removed are mostly worn flat to the bone. A nice skull from an older animal and beautiful cleaning job!
