North Idaho harvested female mountain lion. Case skinned. 78" total length, 51" nose to base of tail. In tanned, non-stretched state, this cat measures 15" across center of abdomen and 28" belly circumference just ahead of hind hips. November quality fur. Darker brown in color. Has feet and claws, ears turned, lips split, etc. Suitable for rugging, life size mounting, or soft mounting. The claws on both front legs are very slightly damaged during the tanning process, but these can be fixed with some light sanding. Slight defects are as follows:
- 1" x 1/8" scar mark from fighting on the top of the neck
- 3/4" bullet hole in left front shoulder
- 1.5" diameter bullet hole just behind left front shoulder
- 3/4" bullet hole in right side of abdomen
- 1/2" diameter hole in belly
- Four knife slits in right rear leg skin (1.5" in length and less)
- Two knife slits in left rear hip (~1.5" in length)
