North Idaho harvested tom (male) mountain lion. Case skinned. 86" total length, 56" nose to base of tail. In tanned, non-stretched state, this cat measures 22" around center of abdomen and 30" belly circumference just ahead of hind hips. Heavy January quality fur. Darker brown in color. Has nice whiskers. Has feet and claws, ears turned, lips split, etc. Genitalia is attached. Suitable for rugging, life size mounting, or soft mounting. Most of the claws are slightly damaged from the tannery and will require some light sanding to reshape them. Has a 1/2" hole in right rear leg from fish and game pelt tag and a ~2" long knife cut in that same legskin (can be easily sewn). 1/2" slit along the edge tip of the left ear (easily repairable). 1" x 2" area of "thin" fur in the center of white belly from hound dog chews. Nice big tom.
