This wolf was harvested in the Salish Mountains near Kalispell, Montana. Has very, very fine and silky fur ( super soft and super dense). He has red, yellow, brown, gray and black color mixes throughout. An xx heavy mane that begins brown-gold at the base, changes into white at the middle and ends in black tips; The appearance is more like a feather (beautiful), with a black dorsal stripe running the length of his back with a tail that also ends with a black end. The ears have been turned - cartilage is intact- no hair slip; the eyes are very nicely done; lips are split properly and his feet and claws are flawless. His genitalia is present and the pelt itself is totally fresh, clean and supple. A magnificently colored male wolf highly designed as taxidermy ready. His silkiness and plethora of colors will make him an outstanding full or soft mount or a rug of unquestionable beauty. The belly is very, very slightly weak. He has 1 3/8 inch cut at the base of his tail and a 1 1/4 inch cut parallel to his lip but not on the lip proper but the surplus material accumulated when splitting. also a 1/4 inch cut immediately behind the first lip gash, otherwise those are his negatives. What a beautiful wolf!
