THis old girl was harvested in March so there is some apparent weakness in the underfur- its the begining of time to shed; however the guard hair is mostly intact and of good length. The abdominal areas are quite weak and devoid of covering- like your dog in the spring; although most dogs don;t have any hair on their abdomens anytime - like my Chesapeake bay retreiver. AS a wall hangar she will do nicely and is a very large female wolf quite illustrative of the species. Blacks are just hard to come by. God didn't make all wolves black, it is simply a matter of genetics. and it seems the pool is decreasing.
